Monster Hunter: World is an action role-playing game from Capcom, released worldwide in 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and later on Windows. The purpose of the game is to hunt down, trap, or kill monsters because your character is the hunter. You can hunt alone or in a group, and your rewards will be the parts of the beast or other elements that you can use to craft weapons and other equipment. Now, a new expansion has been announced to the game, the Iceborne. The first announcement was months ago, and last week we saw how the gameplay would look.
Monster Hunter: World – Iceborne
The new expansion, Iceborne, will arrive somewhere in September with a lot of content for the players, and it will have a similar size with the base game. Also, PR representative from Capcom has announced on Twitter that the Iceborne expansion will be massive when it comes, and it will take place after the Monster Hunter: World. Everything that the players will see is different than they know by now. The setting will be in the mountains of Hoarfrost Reach, which is the largest area in the game, and a new story will be featured.
However, there is no need to save money until September 9th when the Iceborne expansion will be released, because it will cost $39.99. If you want to have the Monster Hunter: World base game and the expansion, the pack will be $59.99. Considering the price and what it’s delivering, the offer isn’t bad. You have the expansion at a similar size as the game itself, plus new elements, story, and much more.
Finally, Monster Hunter: World, can be played on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, including the Iceborne expansion as well.
