Many of the incidents detailed in Palmer’s petition were witnessed by her family members, friends, and even captured on surveillance footage. Furthermore, Jackson publicly shamed Palmer on social media in July over an outfit she wore to Usher’s Las Vegas residency, indicating a pattern of controlling behavior.
The petition also highlights instances where Jackson allegedly became frustrated with their son and verbally abused Palmer while speaking to the baby. Fearing retaliation and harm to herself and their child, Palmer filed the petition without informing Jackson.
A hearing for the case has been scheduled for December 5th.
